Shipping policy

In The Word, Bibles, Books, and Gifts 

Order processing times. After an order is placed, allow two business days to process and ship your order. This is excluding weekends and holidays.  Orders received after 3 pm pacific time will be processed the next business day.

Domestic and international shipping options. We ship anywhere in the USA.  We do not offer international shipping.  We ship standard USPS ground shipping.  The estimated shipping times are 7-10 days.  You will receive a tracking number when your order is placed. 

Local Delivery and Pick up options. We offer local delivery and pick up if you live in Hidden Valley Lake (95467) or in Middletown (95461).

Shipping costs. We use USPS flat rate shipping boxes.  If you order does not fit in the flat rate box, then your item will be charged by weight determined by USPS shipping rates. Orders of $150.00 or more receive free shipping.

Returns, changes, and cancellations.  You have two days to cancel your order.  To cancel your order, email ck.braden@gmail.com.  You have 14 days after you have received your order to initiate a return. The customer pays the return shipping.  There is a 2% restocking fee.  There are no returns allowed on sale items or on gift baskets.  All Returns must be in the original package and must not be used or damaged.  Please see more detailed information in the returns policy posted on the website.
